Diet Plans vs Nutritional Plans

Is there a difference?

What is the difference?

We could say their the same, at the end of the day a plan is a plan.

But when I hear the phrase "diet plan" I instantly think of a restricted plan, whereby the plan has been written for you, or you've been provided with a list of foods that you are able to eat with no clear guidance as to why you are eating these food  or how these foods benefit your body, other than them being low in calories.

We have all tried different plans, wanting a quick fix with fast results but often not understanding or why we are putting certain foods into our bodies.

Here at RWR we don't believe in "diet plans"

The reason being, is that by us writing a plan for you or providing you with a list of foods that you are able to eat, you are never going to learn how to eat healthy nutritional foods which benefits your body depending on your lifestyle and goals.

What should you consider?

There are a number of factors you have to consider when planning and prepping what and when you are going to eat. This could include your health, personal lifestyle, commitments, working hours and what goals you are looking to achieve. Therefore not one size fits all, after all we are all individual.

How is RWR different?

When looking at nutrition and considering what food you should be eating, team RWR believe that a nutritional plan is the best way forward. We start by looking at your goals whether that be to change shape, increase muscle, lower your blood pressure, lowering your sugar intake,  or improving your overall health by what you put into your body. We look at the foods that you do eat, your current lifestyle and how small changes can be made to suite you and your lifestyle that will have a positive impact. Team RWR do this along side you, to ensure that you have an input , we don't tell you what to do.  Team RWR provide you with advice and guidance, for example, where you can cut down on sugar and why, increase your protein or swapping specific foods for a healthier option.

Don't forget these plans are yours and by helping and guiding you to plan and prep your own nutritional plans this is likely to have a longer lasting affect, whereby you learn and are able to make changes on your own and understand what and when you should be eating and why.
