Well the quick answer is how long you make it.
This is a numbers game again, we are just consumed and obsessed by numbers.
The number that we are talking about now is the number on the clock which is time. Time is so precious to most people, time is something when it has passed it has passed, as the saying goes “you can’t turn back time”
The meaning of the word Precious is “of great value; not to be WASTED or treated CARELESSLY”
So what if we thought about our Training Sessions as of “great value; and not to be wasted or treated CARELESSLY”
So what if we planned our session not by the time we are spending but by what we are achieving.
What if your session was 30 minutes, now I can hear a lot of you saying that 30 minutes is not enough but it’s what we achieve in that 30 minutes that is important.
I hear so many people saying I have been in the gym for 2 hours, but the question is how much of that 2 hours was working out and achieving your goals, or were you scrolling on your phone, chatting to a friend.
Been out walking but how much was walking and how much was stopping for a chat.
Now I don’t want to put a downer on being social, as I love a good chat.
I just want you to start looking at what you want to achieve and not putting numbers as a barrier.
